Gimpo Foreign Language High School is looking for a qualified full-time English teacher who can teach English conversation classes starting March 2nd, 2010. We have excellent students whose level of English is intermediate to high-intermediate and who have few, if any, discipline or behavior problems. Those who are eager to teach motivated students in a fine environment will find this school perfect for them.
Conditions
* Salary : 2.25M Korean won per calendar month / 3.6M+ won per actual working month
* Severance pay : 1 month salary paid upon the completion of the contract
* Vacation : OVER 3 MONTHS OF PAID SUMMER & WINTER VACATION
& national holidays
* Contract period : 12 months (March 2nd, 2010 - February 28th, 2011)
* Location: Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province
* Class size : 17-19 students per class
* Hours : 8:00am-4:00pm Mon.-Fri. / 50 min. class x 16 per week
* Housing: free dormitory room provided (furnished, spacious with a bathroom)
* Medical insurance : 50 % school + 50 % teacher
* Extra hours: special classes and works can be created if there is a demand.
* Air fare : reimbursed on arrival and return flight paid upon leaving
Those who are eligible are the ones
who are natives of the country whose mother language is English
who have acquired a bachelor's degree or higher from that country.
who wont have problems with Recruitment health exam which include HIV test and TBPE(drug abuse) test(cannabinoid test for Marijuana need not be included).
who can submit all the required documents for E-2 Visa application(see farther below)
