About CONTRACT FOR EMPLOYING NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHERS IN KUN-PO CITY
Gum-Jung Elementary School is currently hiring one more native English speaking teacher. The school will assist making flight arrangements, airport greeting, pickup and delivery directly to employers. In addition, Korea Connections offers professional services and on-going advice as needed to help resolve any grievances or difficulties.
REQUIREMENTS:
English must be your first language
You must have a university Bachelors degree or higher
Hours of Working: 9:00am-5:00pm, 33 teaching hours per week, Monday-Friday
Employee will be hired pursuant to this Contract as a native English Language Instructor (ELI) with 284 million Korean Won (Over U.S. $3,000) monthly compensation during 1st, 2007 to January 31st, 2007; however, in case of the schools schedule or national holiday, you may not able to teach after school schedule, then your salary will reduce to 20,000 Korean Won (Over U.S. $23) per hour.

Here are more benefits included:
50 million Korean Won (Over U.S. $533) as a monthly rent fee. The rent fee costs less than U.S. $400 per month around our schools area.
Refund of one-way air ticket cost from his/her home country to Korea.
Receive up to 130 million Korean Won (Over U.S. $1,380) to get working VISA in Korea.
Entitled to receive annuity and life insurance during the employment

The Employee shall perform the following duties:
1. To assist Korean teachers with their English class(es) and/or jointly conduct English class(es);
2. To prepare teaching materials for English class(es);
3. One time extension class (1st grades to 4th grades) in front of students parents;
4. Build the students report cards once a month;
5. Check on the students attendance everyday (Send Text Message to the missing students parent;
