Kindergarten: Positions available 10
Working hours will be 9:30am to 6:30pm or 9:00am to 6pm:
Students range from 4 to 6 years old:
Classes about 10 students:
Classes will be 45 or 50 minutes:
Subjects: English, Science, Math, Art, Cooking, and Music
Most schools have a set curriculum but allow room for additional teaching materials to be implemented with the lesson
After School Private Academy: Positions available 20
Working: 1pm to 9pm or 2pm to 10pm
Students: Third grade to Junior High School
Classes about 10 students
Classes will be 45 or 50 minutes
Subjects: Grammar, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Speaking
Most schools have a set curriculum but allow room for additional teaching materials to be implemented with the lesson
Compensation Package:
Salary 2.1 to 2.5 million won a month ($2,000 to $2,500)
Single furnished housing
Roundtrip airfare
10 vacation days, all national holidays
3 sick days
Health insurance
Pension matching (401k plan)
Severance pay (additional one month's salary for completing the contract)
