1. Job location: Public schools(elementary and middle school)
Superintended by the department of education of Seosan-City,

2. Start(Arrival) date of job: April, May, June
3. Salary offered: KRW 2.4~2.7 won or KRW 2.6~3.5 won
(Depends on experience and teaching schedule!)
4. Overtime pay offered: 20,000 won
5. Severance pay: One month payment after the contract
6. Teaching hours: 22 hours per week
7. Class size: Under 10 students or between 10~15명
8. Teaching level: Elementary and middle school students
9. Working hours
(1) Official teaching schedule: 9:00am~ 3:30pm
(2) If teacher wants to take “after-school” schedule: 9:00am~5:00pm
- if this case, the salary will be calculated more than 3.0ml won
10. Working days: Mon ~ Fri (5 days a week)
11. Number of English native teachers: 23
12. Vacation: 14 days paid
13. Air fare: provided (Reimbursed when arrived)
14. Tax: 3.3%~5%
15. Medical Insurances: 50 %
16. Housing Offered: single studio
17. Accommodation Facilities: full furniture (e.g. Air Conditioner, TV, Phone, Bed,
Closet, etc) – Please refer to the contract!
18. Distance (School to house): 5Min (Walk or public transformation)
