UACE English School is constantly in search of qualified English teachers throughout the year. We are currently in need of 1 teacher ASAP. Teachers must be Native or have citizenship to an English speaking country and must have attended a university/college in an English speaking country.
UACE stands for U(U.S.A), A(Australia), C(Canada), E(England) as well as U(You) ACE.
Teachers in UACE teach 4 kids per class.
We are teaching the American textbook "Harcourt" Grades 1-6.
UACE has 6 English teachers: Three from USA, and 1 from Canada, as full timers, and 1 part timer from Australia.

* New teachers need to arrive in Korea a few days prior to the start date.

Monthly Salary with free housing: 2.o to 2.1 million won ($2,100-2,200 USA, $2,360-$2,480 CAN, 1,115-1,170 Pounds).
Teaching Candidate
- Native English speakers from the U.S.A., Canada, U.K., and Australia.
- Must possess their original bachelor's university degree
- Official Sealed transcripts from universities attended
- TESL/TEFL/TESOL certification holders would be a plus, but not required.
- Recommended to have teaching experience or have worked with children
- Enthusiastic, friendly, positive, energetic, hard-working, patient and professional people wanted.

Working conditions:
- 30 teaching hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- No Saturdays/Sundays and no split shifts
- Classes are from 1:30pm to 9:50 p.m. Mon, Wed, Fri and 2:20pm to 9pm Tue, and Thur.
- During the intensive sessions (January & August), the first class starts at 9:00am and the last class finishes at 9:00pm (overtime paid)
- Overtime teaching and working available at a rate of 16,000-18,000 won per hour
- Students range from Kindergarten (Not many) to elementary and middle school
- 4 students max per class
- Contract term: one year
